The IS Media Services Team offers professional video production, live streaming, and video conferencing services to the University of Oregon community, state agencies, and non-profit organizations.
Facilities include professional video and audio production studios, as well as educational video conference/distance education studio classrooms, including the following services:
Video Production
Our team offers studio or on-location video production services and post-production services. This service is included in all requests and covers general recording requests.
Live Web Streaming
Expand your audience beyond campus and improve accessibility by live streaming your event!
We provide online live video streaming service for campus events, as well as support for overflow rooms. Live streamed events are distributed on the IS Media Services YouTube Channel and may not include copyrighted content.
This service is an add-on to video production and access to an ethernet connection is required.
Video Conferencing
Allow us to assist in improving the quality of your in-person hybrid event! Our team has extensive training in Zoom video conferencing software and can help offer creative solutions, as well as provide recommendations on best practices.

On-demand Video Hosting/Streaming
On-demand video hosting/streaming on our YouTube Channel and here on media.uoregon.edu!
Please note“The University of Oregon conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 AA. The WCAG 2.0 standards require all videos to be captioned by a person, versus relying solely on automated captions.” Our team is happy to schedule and post captions for your videos for a fee.
Video Editing
Whether you have a custom editing project, or just need a video conference recording cleaned up, our team has the experience to assist you! Editing projects are a collaborative effort between the requestor and video editor, and will require both creative and review meetings throughout the process.
Studio Services
Our facility consists of two production studios located on the ground floor of the Knight Library– a multi-camera broadcast quality TV production studio, and a video conferencing and lecture capture studio.

Audio Recording
Our team provides audio recording services for your voiceover or podcast needs from our audio booth located in the Knight Library.
