IS Media Services is not responsible for providing additional vendors or resources if necessary. Rush fees: 100% surcharge. Weekend & holiday work subject to scheduling availability and are billed at time and a half. Standby is charged at the prevailing rate. On-call hours are charged at 1/6 the prevailing rate, in whole hour increments. Once work begins from on-call, prevailing regular or overtime/weekend/holiday rates apply. The UO reserves the right to refuse service.
