Services are billed per hour, in 30-minute increments, with one hour minimum.
Set up and strike times are billed at the same rate.

AV Services is not responsible for providing additional vendors or resources if necessary. Weekend, after hours or last minute work subject to scheduling availability and are billed at time and a half.
The UO reserves the right to refuse service.
