UO Today #575 Kenji Yoshino

Kenji Yoshino, Law, New York University, talks about how Shakespeare’s plays illuminate contemporary questions of justice. He also talks about his new project, “Uncovering Talent,” which takes the work he did in his first book, Covering: The Hidden Assault on Our Civil Rights, in a practical direction. Yoshino gave a lecture titled “The Choice of the Three Caskets: Law, Equity, and Mercy in The Merchant of Venice” on April 11, 2014.
