Fiction writer Susan Choi discusses the inspiration for each of her four novels: The Foreign Student, American Woman, A Person of Interest, and My Education. Her new novel, Trust Exercise, is forthcoming in 2019. Choi gave a reading at the University of Oregon on May 14, 2018 as a guest of the Clark Honors College and as part of UO’s Asian Pacific American Heritage Month.
