This episode features Steven Bender, the James and Ilene Hershner Professor of Law and the Director of Portland programs. He is the author of Greasers and Gringos: Latinos, Law and the American Imagination, published in 2003. He has four other books in progress, focusing on the history, culture and rights of Latinos, including Everyday Law for Latinos to be published this year.
