Charles Wilhoite lives in Portland, he earned his BS in Accounting and Finance from Arizona State University. Mr. Wilhoite holds numerous professional certifications and serves as the managing director for the financial consulting firm Willamette Management Associates; he serves on several professional and public service boards and committees including the Portland Development Commission. Mr. Wilhoite was the honoree at the Urban League of Portland’s Awards Dinner 2015.
